Function:-

2. It has the features of good tack and initial strength, good stability, good resistance to creep.
3. It needs to go to the next step immediately after bonding to prevent pop-up.

Viscosity(mPa• s): 4000±500 mPa.s (130℃)
Density: 1.08g/ cm3 @ 25°C approx
Suggested Application Temperature: 120°C-140°C
Open Time: 1-3mins
Moisture Curing Rate: Depends on temperature and humidity, the curing process should be 6-12 hours.
